Privacy Policy

Heads Down Flags · Last updated 1 October 2026

Heads Down Flags is a beach-flags sprint game. This policy explains, plainly, what the app does and does not do with your information.

In short: the game does not collect, sell or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Heads Down Flags works fully offline.

What stays on your device only

All of this lives in the app's own local storage on your device. None of it is transmitted to us or to any third party. Deleting the app deletes this data, and the in-app Settings screen lets you reset your season progress at any time.

Camera and photo library

The camera opens only when you choose to take a photo for your competitor card, and the system photo picker is used when you choose a photo from your library — the app only receives the single picture you select. Saving a result card to your photo library uses add-only access. No photo ever leaves your device.

Notifications

If you switch on the optional Sunday carnival reminder or the daily Dawn Patrol reminder, the app asks for notification permission at that moment and schedules the reminder locally on your device. No push server or remote service is involved.

No account, no network data collection

Heads Down Flags has no sign-in, no backend, and makes no network requests to collect or transmit personal information. It does not use advertising identifiers, analytics SDKs or third-party trackers of any kind.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages. It does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information at all.
